Definitions

• Bot - The official bot user available through Discord provided by KojimaBot.
• Site - The website frontend available at https://kojimaize.xyz/.
• Service - The combined features provided by the Bot and Site.

Usage Agreement

This document comprises the Terms and Policy for the Service. By utilizing any features of or interacting with the Bot or Site, you agree to the Terms and Policy defined herein. If you do not agree to the terms or fail to comply with them, you must cease usage of the Service and remove the Bot from any Discord servers you manage.

Users of the Bot must agree to and be compliant with Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Servers that add the Bot must also comply with Discord's Community Guidelines.

Content Restrictions

Users under the minimum allowable age for the use of Discord's platform are not allowed to utilize the Bot or Site in any capacity.

Users below the age of maturity in their country or territory may not use the Service to access or disseminate mature content, including but not limited to inputting mature content into the Service or using the /listen command on songs that have a mature rating.

Affiliations and Liability

KojimaBot is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by: Discord, Inc., Twitter, Inc./X Corp., Spotify, Inc., Deezer S.A., Hideo Kojima, Kojima Productions Co., Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or partners. KojimaBot does not claim to have ownership of any copyrights, trademarks, assets, or intellectual properties belonging to the aforementioned entities.

The Service may not be used to impersonate the aforementioned entities in malicious manner. The owner and maintainers of the Service cannot be held liable for any content generated through the Service.

Users may reach out for support on the KojimaBot Discord support server. Other methods of contact may be provided but no guarantee of their availability is made thereof.

Privacy Policy

Use of Data

The Service may store data in order to provide various features, including but not limited to: greeting and command functions of the Bot, and queries conducted on the Site.

Data Stored by the Bot

Server Information

When invited to or used in a Discord server, the Bot may store the following information:

• The name and ID of the server.
• The name and ID of the selected greeting channel.
• The configuration object used by the bot.

User Information

If a user votes for KojimaBot on a bot-listing platform and obtains tokens, the Bot may store the following information:

• The ID of the user.
• The token count associated with the user.

Additional Information

Additionally, the Bot may access or temporarily cache the following information:

• The member count of any server the Bot is a member of.
• The server permissions of any user who invokes one of the Bot's slash commands.
• The username of the last member to send a message in the selected greeting channel of servers that the Bot is a member of.

Data Stored by the Site

The following data may be temporarily stored whenever a user visits or uses the Site:

• The contents of any queries entered into the text box

Data Removal

Data may be automatically removed after some time if it is no longer needed by the Service to provide features. If desired, manual removal may be requested from the support server. For the purpose of security, all requests to remove server data must be verified to be from or authorized by the server's owner.
